Refund Policy

Overview

At our academy, we value transparency and fairness for all students. Please review the following policy carefully before making any payment.

 

1. Trial Class

We provide one free trial class before enrollment so students can experience the teaching style and class format.
Once a student chooses to enroll and make payment, it confirms their satisfaction with the class experience and understanding of the course structure.

 

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments made toward course fees are final and non-refundable.
This applies in cases of:

  • Withdrawal after joining the batch
  • Missed classes or change in personal schedule
  • Mid-batch discontinuation for any reason

Once access to course materials or live classes has been given, no refund, transfer, or credit will be issued.

 

3. Class Attendance & Recordings

  • Students who miss a class can access the recorded session for 10 days from the live class date.
  • Batches cannot be paused or extended mid-course.
  • Students are encouraged to manage their schedule to attend live sessions regularly.

 

4. Behavior & Conduct

Professional behavior toward teachers, administrators, and peers is expected at all times.

  • A first warning will be issued in case of disrespectful or inappropriate conduct.
  • Continued misconduct may result in termination of course access without refund.

 

5. Course Material & Intellectual Property

All course content — including live classes, recordings, slides, and assignments — remains the intellectual property of the academy.
Students are not permitted to share, record, or distribute class content without prior written consent.
Any violation will result in immediate removal from the course with no refund.
 

6. Schedule & Instructor Change

Occasionally, class timings or instructors may be adjusted to better accommodate batches.
Such adjustments will be communicated in advance and do not affect course continuity or value.
 

7. Certification

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the full course, including participation in assessments (if applicable).
Students who discontinue mid-batch are not eligible for certification.
 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

All student information, including payment and personal details, is handled securely and confidentially.
We never share or sell student data to third parties.
 

9. Enrollment Validity

If a student does not join their allocated batch within 30 days of enrollment, their seat will be forfeited without refund.
 

Policy Agreement

By enrolling and making payment, students confirm that they have read and accepted this Refund & Return Policy in full.
